Delivering music sessions geared towards families visiting a family member in prison.
September - December 2017: Silent Songbird
Role of actor/musician/composer in this new multi-sensory, participatory show with Peoplescape Theatre and Chester Zoo as part of the Sing for Songbirds campaign, raising awareness of Indonesian songbirds.
September 2017 - June 2018: Music as Medicine at Alder Hey Children's Hospital
Mentoring a Live Music Now musician to deliver music sessions on inpatient wards in the hospital
May 2017: Residency with harpist Elinor Nicholson at Princes Primary School, Liverpool
Working with SEN and PMLD classes, delivering participatory music workshops and live performances. Supported by Medicash and Live Music Now!

March 2017: Sing a Story with John Webb & Sinfonia Cymru
Visiting six schools in Newtown and Welshpool with John Webb to deliver Sing a Story workshops, culminating in performances at Theatre Hafren, Newtown with other members of Sinfonia Cymru. Sponsored by Mid-Wales Music Trust.

Together with members of The House of Bedlam, running a project day for the youths of Yorkshire Young Musicians. Topics including simplicity & complexity, improvisation, and graphic scores.
24-30 October @ Brighter Sound: My Music, My Manchester
Creative residency led by singer-songwriter-cultural activist Meklit Hadero along with other artists from Manchester Camerata, One Education, Z-Arts, RNCM, Brighter Sound, and BBC Philharmonic. Writing and performing brand new music concerning home and identity with young people from Greater Manchester.

Together with members of The House of Bedlam, running a 7-day course on simplicity & complexity for the talented and energetic youths of Aldeburgh Young Musicians.

Commission and delivery of 40-minute interactive musical stories designed to complement various collections for the very youngest museum patrons and their grownups; designing a highly interactive sensory and musical environment for non-walking babies and their grown ups.
